The Claimant’s Payment Claim was for over RM 4, 771, 668.36 under Final Payment Claim. The Respondent’s cross claim / Sett-off was for RM 905,800.00

Contract valued at over RM 26,300,000.00 for the Construction and Completion of substructure works for a proposed 39 storey Condominium in Kuala Lumpur. The Claimant’s Payment Claim was for over RM 7, 382, 0255.00 under Final Payment Claim. The Respondent’s cross claim / Sett-off was for RM 6,308,658.41

Contracts valued of over RM 170,000,000.00 for Construction of a 37 Storey Apartment Block located in Kuala Lumpur. The Claimant’s Payment Claim was for over RM 7,000,000.00 under Final Payment Claim. The Respondent’s cross claim /Sett-off was for RM 1,000,000.00

Contract valued at over RM 4,000,000.00 for Tiling works for a Mixed Development project at KL. The Claimant’s Payment Claim was for about RM 500,000.00 under a final Claim Submission and return of the Performance Bond. The Respondent’s Cross Claim/Set-off of about RM 1,300,000.00 was for Defective works, Cost of Rectification and Completion of the works.

Contract valued at over RM 30,000,000.00 for the Construction of a Gasifier Steam Boiler Renewable Energy Plant in Terengganu. The Claimant’s Payment Claim of over RM 20,000,000.00 was for value of Work done and Variation Orders.

Contract valued at over RM 26,000,000.00 for Earthworks, Earth retaining structure and Bored piled foundation of a mixed Development project in Selangor. The Claimant’s payment claim was for almost RM 3,000,000.00 under 4 Interim Certificates. The Respondent’s Cross Claim/Set-off was for over RM 12,000,000 as Liquidated and Ascertained Damages.

Contract was valued at about RM 20,000,000.000 for the Construction of a 3 storey Penthouse Apartment and 4 Bungalow units. The Claimant’s Payments Claim was slightly over for RM 3,000,000.00 under the Statement of Final Account. The Respondent’s Cross Claim/Set-off was for about RM 6,000,000.00 as Liquidated and Ascertained Damages.

Contract valued at approximately RM 5,000,000.00 for the Construction of a 3 Storey Bungalow with swimming pool. The Claimant’s payment claim was for over RM 500,000.00 under 2 Interim Certificates.
